Я тут раньше экспериментировал с высотой спирали - получилось лучшее положение, когда центр спирали совпал с плоскостью верха шляпок винтов. Это для диаметра намотки (оправки) 2 мм и 0,3 мм проволоки.

Наткнулся на тему Формула для расчёта диаметра намотки и из любопытства посчитал высоту спирали над соплом (высота по низу спирали) по формулам
